Fine 19th Century Mahogany Rising Top Drum Table

Description

An unusual 19th century revolving mahogany drum table, the circular top lifts to reveal a segmented are with lined compartments. The table is on a spiral twist column, with carved cabriole legs and ball and claw feet all well carved. It is a good colour and the top revolves smoothly. There have been some alterations to the way the top is attached to the base and one of the feet has an old repair.
