18thc Oak Gateleg Table

An 18thc oak gateleg table of exceptional colour.

This piece has been a well used Farmhouse table or been in a country cottage & been the focal point of the living area.

There has also been some movement in the table top & it therefore does not have a completely flat surface.This adds to the character of the piece.

The tips of this table have been replaced over the years, one with ash, one with a straight grain piece of oak.

It has turned legs and feet and plain square stretchers.

It will seat 4 people comfortably, and possibly up to 6.
