Antique Edwardian Oak Folding Table C.1905

1900 - 1920
Description

An Edwardian folding table constructed in oak, with a rectangular top of alternating light and dark planks within a moulded edge, set over a well-designed folding underframe with sprung stays and a central pivoting brace supporting two hinged turned leg frames terminating in original castors.

A practical and generously-sized folding table with an attractive decorative top, it would work well as a side table or serving table, while providing the ability to easily stow away for storage or transit.

Very good antique condition with surface wear, age-related marks and some wear to the edges commensurate with age and use. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place in the home.
