Description

A fine Georgian mahogany side table, the mahogany veneered rectangular top with moulded edge set over a single full-width frieze drawer, all raised on slender tapering legs terminating in pad feet.

A useful mid-18th century form, the proportions also suit use as a compact writing table in a living space or bedroom.

Very good antique condition with honest surface wear, small losses to the veneer around the top edges and a handsome patina consistent with age and use. Structurally sound, clean and ready to place in the home.
