19th Italian Ebonised & Inlaid Occasional Table

A highly decorative late 19thc Italian ebonised walnut, inlaid engraved ivory octagonal occasional table in the manner of Giovanni Battista Gatti 1816 - 1889, Milan.

The top being highly decorative and depicting mythical animals with a stylised flower in the centre.

The base has various inlaid ivory designs, including engraved fleur de lys and shields.
