Antique Plank Top Oak Refectory Table In Elizabethan Style

A substantial antique oak refectory table, in Elizabethan style, the thick five plank top with cleated ends and raised on substantial blind fret-carved end supports joined by a central stretcher. The table appears to be 19th century but the carved end supports are possibly older elements. It is extremely heavy and a good size which comfortably seats eight.
The top is of very good colour and has been very well cared for, there is gap shrinkage between two of the planks.
