A good 18th century dining table of double gate leg form with a beautiful colour and lovely patina to the thick solid walnut top. The table is a rare original dating from around 1750 and has a turned baluster leg design with double gate action for the large heavy walnut leaves. The scalloped frieze houses a long drawer with turned wood handle. The charming table oozes character and is a grand size that would seat up to 8 people. The table measures 165 cms wide 145 cms deep and is 74 cms high.
