An 18th century German westerwald tankard having and a cobalt and manganese glaze. The tankard is decorated with floral and geometric patterns and retains its original pewter lid with acorn shaped pomel, the lid is marked G.A.J . Overall the tankard is in perfect condition with no cracks or chips.
