A fine quality George III Period Mahogany Architect’s Table, the double rising adjustable top over a pull out writing slide supported on lopers with a frieze drawer, the whole raised on moulded square section legs with open fret corner brackets and stretchers. The hinges to the top are stamped “Hodges’s Patent Lock Joint”

Circa 1765

Provenance: There is a pencil inscription on the back of the drawer “Ron Green 1986”.
