Antique Georgian Period Mahogany Side Table

Description

A charming and early antique Georgian period mahogany side table. This was made in England, it dates from around 1800-1810 period.

It is a lovely size and is full of character. The mahogany has a gorgeous colour tone and a lovely patina, with various small surface marks here and there beneath the polish. There are dummy drawers on both sides with brass handles, this looks identical front and back, so can be used as a free standing item.

We have had this re-polished and revived, it is in good overall condition and structurally sound, while retaining the original patina. There is some wear and patina to the brass handles as well.
