Early Victorian Rosewood Sewing Table, Manner of Gillows

Description

A good early Victorian rosewood sewing or work table in the manner of Gillows of Lancaster. The rectangular top with bow ends, above a mahogany lined frieze drawer and sewing basket. A removable pin allows this to be operated independently of the drawer or together. Carved and tapered supports are united by a shaped stretcher and terminate in four bun feet with brass castors.

In excellent condition throughout, ready to be placed into the home.

There is a £50 delivery charge on this item to the mainland UK.
