An oak metamorphic table attributed to Frederick Francis Foster (1885-1968)

This table is the perfect height beside a chair or sofa as a side table or extended out in front.

Fred Foster was a founding member of the Gloucestershire Guild of Craftsmen and lived in the Whiteway Colony near Stroud. He worked under Peter Waals and Sidney Barnsley at Daneway House and then Haliday Mill, Chalford.
