It stands on four baluster-turned, tapering legs with castors for ease of movement. Two drawers, fitted with square brass drop handles, provide practical storage. The desk has a warm mahogany tone, good colour, and visible wear consistent with its age, making it a functional and characterful addition to any study or workspace.

CONDITION REPORT:
In good antique condition overall, with signs of age consistent with its use and history. Surface wear is present, including age-related marks and scratches throughout the piece. There is some loss to the inside of one of the drawers, as shown in the photos, as well as warping and bubbling on the leather inset surface. Additionally, one of the legs shows staining. These imperfections are reflective of the desk's age and add to its authentic antique character.
