The small side table features a two-plank solid oak top, with a nice over-hang, raised on shaped slab legs, decorated with pierced clover leaves. The legs are united by a bar stretcher, which is secured by pegs either end. This small oak table is solid in joint and ready to use. The small Arts & Crafts table has been made with traditional method, retaining the original wooden pegs. Ideal for use as a small side table, occasional table or a lamp table in any room. As the oak table retains its original patination, it boasts has a lovely mellow colour; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.

This small Arts & Crafts table would certainly grace either a traditional or contemporary home and it is a great investment, as it is extremely functional and decorative.
Provenance:
This stool was purchased from a farmhouse in the Llyn Peninsula, Gwynedd, North Wales, where it had resided for nearly a 100 years.

Condition Report:?This is a good quality vintage English small Arts & Crafts table, with slab ends, displaying a lovely colour, circa 1920, in excellent original condition. Nominal old use marks to the tops, leading edges and legs, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There are no breaks to the frames or legs. The small Arts & Crafts table has been made with traditional mortise and tenon joints, retaining the original wooden pegs. The small oak table has been cleaned and wax-polished by hand, to a professional standard in our workshop, therefore the colour and patination are of an excellent standard. The small oak table is well constructed, solid in joint and ready to use.
