Antique Regency Mahogany and Satinwood Side Table C1820 W6274/7.3

Description

Superb antique regency mahogany & satinwood side table dating from around 1820. The photographs do no justice to the beautiful top which has a deep satinwood banded and moulded edge with a central mahogany panel inlaid with fruitwood to the centre. The base is constructed of quality mahogany with two deep drawers which are oak lined and with brass handles and escutcheons and it stands on slender ring turned legs.

Measures 31" high X 20.5" deep X 33.5" wide

In very good condition and with a lovely deep colour and patination to the quality mahogany oozing the charm and character of the regency period. The top has a very faint joint line which is not unusual for a table of this type.
