Swedish Birch Burr Tripod Table C.1830

Description

Unusual early 19th.c. tripod supper table, probably Swedish c.1830. 32" diameter top with highly figured birch burr veneers laid onto pine groundwork. Raised on a slim turned birch column and simple shaped tripod legs. Top can be tipped to vertical when not in use, locking into place with the original catch. Excellent colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
