When not needed for larger gatherings the table slides up to become a four or six seater.
The parquetry sections themselves are all in good order.
The woods are walnut and oak with the oak sections showing slightly lighter than the walnut. This is very effective when seen.
The extension leaves themselves run smoothly .The table stands strong and robust.
