Table William IV Mahogany Dining Breakfast

19th century
Description

Here we have a stunning William IV Mahogany dining table. This table is fresh to the market as it was purchased privately from the families decendants. It was bought new in 1830. As you can see from the photos the top is right for the bottom as many of these tables are not. The table has fantastic colour and patina and has just returned from my polisher so looks fantastic. as you can see the table has a beautifully carved tripod base with acathus knees and scroll work feet. the original castors are in place as is the brass sprung pull and attaching screws. Please excuse the seperate photo of the finial which fits inbetween the legs as i like to take these off when transporting it is screwed back on in its appropriate place. The top is not veneered as is with many of these tables but is solid Mahogany so a piece of great quality. An exceptional table in excellent retail condition last sold in 1830 ready for your home.Dimensions are approx 48 diameter 30 inches high.

This item can be viewed at Cloverleaf Home Interiors where it can be collected from. Alternatively it can be delivered anywhere mainland UK for a fee of £35. Please be aware delivery can take up to 15 business days maximum. Please take this into consideration when leaving feedback.

Every single antique dealer on our platform is individually approved by our internal team. We verify their professional trade history, ethical standards, and photographic quality to ensure a secure, high-standard buying environment. Upon joining, every dealer agrees to a strict 9-point code of conduct. While issues can occasionally arise, our dealers typically resolve them swiftly and directly with the buyer. In fact, since our founding in 2002, Sellingantiques has only had to step in to help resolve an issue on roughly five occasions—a true testament to the quality of our dealers and their dedication to your happiness.
Our dealers are highly experienced in packing and shipping fragile, high-value antiques. Because you are in direct contact with the dealer, you will be able to easily go through all available shipping and insurance options together to ensure your item arrives safely.
Antiques are the ultimate green purchase. By choosing historical pieces over newly manufactured goods, you completely eliminate the carbon footprint of modern mass production while preserving exceptional, timeless craftsmanship.
