Description

A rare early 18thc English "Tavern" table....it is has a planked ash top, which is banded in pine and a long slender oak column terminating in a cruciform base....an early feature.....the colour is what you would expect from a table of this age...very good.... and I particularly like the way the colour on the underside fades from a dark colour to a lighter colour...which is what you would expect from all the handling over the years..!....in excellent condition .
