An early George III period, large mahogany tilt-top tripod supper table, Circa 1760. A high quality table, featuring a single piece of solid, well figured mahogany top. Hinged tilt mechanism. Supported by a baluster stem, raised on a tripod of cabriole legs. Over 3ft in diameter and very straight.
The highest quality mahogany, very rare to see a top this size, and in such good condition. A superb example of a period supper table, in good condition and ready for use.
