ActFurniture LTD has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.

Supported by tapered legs, this writing table stands with grace and poise, adding a touch of refinement to any room. The sleek profile of the legs complements the overall aesthetic of the table, creating a sense of lightness and sophistication.

The top of the writing table is beautifully inlaid, showcasing intricate patterns and designs that add depth and character to the piece. The inlay not only enhances the table's visual appeal but also serves as a testament to the skill and craftsmanship of its maker.

A gallery back adds an extra layer of elegance to the writing table, creating a stylish backdrop for your workspace. This feature not only enhances the table's aesthetic but also provides practical functionality, keeping your papers and accessories organised and within reach.

The writing table features two drawers, each adorned with its original brass handles, adding a touch of vintage charm to the piece. These drawers offer convenient storage for writing supplies, stationery, or other essentials, ensuring a clutter-free workspace.

While in good condition overall, there has been a small old repair to the front right leg. However, this repair does not affect the table's current stability or use, ensuring that it remains a reliable and functional piece for years to come.

With its timeless design, impeccable craftsmanship, and practical features, this 20th-century writing table is sure to become a cherished focal point in any room. Whether used as a desk, console table, or decorative accent, it will add a touch of elegance and sophistication to your home decor.
