An outstanding antique French inlaid marquetry side table. This was made in France, it dates from around the 1890-1900 period.

It is of superb quality, with absolutely gorgeous inlaid marquetry throughout. This has high quality ormolu mounts, and a beautiful pierced brass gallery around the top edge. The tapered legs are supported by a nicely shaped stretcher base, this is beautifully finished on the back as well, so can be used as a free standing item. The single drawer is lined with a gorgeous damask fabric and even the key is beautifully designed.

We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.
