Description

Superb Victorian Pembroke / drop leaf table made from solid mahogany in excellent condition with only minor imperfections in line with age and use. The table has a reeded edge and two drop leaves that are supported by a single hinged flap to each leaf. There is a working drawer at one end with working key ideal for keeping place mats, coasters, table clothes, cards etc and a dummy drawer at the other end, both having turned bun handles. Supported by four beautifully turned legs terminating on brass castors, this is a solid table with a gorgeous rich colour and amazing graining. This is a wonderful size and shape, ideal for homes with limited space. This versatile table can be used as a side table/ games table or even for dining. Ideal for those intimate meal for two however would comfortable seat four.
