Antique Mahogany Marble Top Coffee Table

1900 - 1920
Description

A fantastic antique mahogany marble top coffee table in the Chippendale style. This was made in England, it dates from around the 1920-30’s.

It is of superb quality, the solid mahogany frame is beautifully designed with shell carving at the knees, claw and ball feet, and serpentine shaped lower edges. The mahogany has gorgeous gold embellishments on the edges, this has a stunning inset green marble top that compliments the mahogany really nicely.

We have had the frame recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age.

Depth – 21 inches , 53 cm

Height – 18 inches , 46 cm
