Description

Superb Leather Topped Table - With Drawer & Castors- circa 1870

This mahogany Hall table is a lovely size and very versatile.

The table is presented in excellent order throughout.

The table rides upon elegantly turned round legs which terminate in a lovely china castor. Attractive carved quadraforms below the top add a touch of extra style and mark the piece out as one of quality.

The table benefits from a full width drawer with twin pull knobs. The upper surface has a gorgeous red leather skiver insert.

Overall this piece of furniture is in very good condition. The table is well constructed and very solid. The mahogany displays very well. It is rare to find an example in this order.

The bergere chair seen in the images is included with the table.
