Description

A George III period, mahogany oval shaped tilt-top tripod table, Circa 1800. A quality table, featuring a single piece well figured solid mahogany top, with boxwood strung inlay around the edge. A hinged tilt mechanism. Supported by a fine baluster type ring turned stem, raised on a tripod of down turned strung inlaid legs, with spade feet.

An attractive example, in good condition and ready for use.

This table measures approximately 71.5 cm (28") tall, and the top is 81.5 cm (32") by 64 cm (25.25").
