This complete set is not only rare , but in this outstanding condition utterly unique.

It is bound in silver which has been rolled thinly to become Malable and capable of shaping and encapsulating the ceramics.
The silver has been finely soldered and fused therefore making it a combined form with the ceramics.

It is exceptionally detailed and engraved silver mounts every single piece of ceramic within the set.
The set comprises of :
Batchelor teapot and lid
Milk jug
Sugar bowl
Two cups two saucers.
This set was manufactured at the begining of the 20th century and embodies the skills of the ceramics alchemist and lavish craftsmanship of the silversmith.

This set is in virtually pristine condition one small internal hairline at the neck of the sugar bowl, clearly photographed
