Large Staffordshire Figure of Prince of Wales C1860

Description

Standing 13 inches (33 cm) high, this ANTIQUE STAFFORDSHIRE FIGURE is entitled 'PRINCE OF WALES' and depicts the son of Queen Victoria on Horseback in a relaxed pose with his plumed hat in his hand. It dates from circa 1860.

The FIGURE is illustrated in A & N Harding's Victorian Staffordshire Figures Book 1 Page 196.

The condition is good with no restoration. There are two minor chips and some glaze flaking.
