Chamberlain's Worcester Porcelain Coffee Can Pattern 492, C.1805

A Chamberlain''s coffee can with slightly tapering sides and large ring handle decorated in an Indian inspired pattern in underglaze blue, iron red and green enamel and gilt. Pattern number 492 painted in red on the underside.

It measures 6.7cm (2 5/8'') rim to rim and 6.6cm (2 5/8'') high.
 
In good condition; a small filled chip on the outer rim touched up on the inside. Minor handling wear; just to the gilt on the rim.
