Larger scale pair of Chinese chargers decorated in vibrant enamels in the ‘famille rose’ palette. The centres with an asymmetrical floral design and featuring a crane on a tree or rocky outcrop, the outer edges painted with floral sprigs . The verso of plain , glazed undecorated finish, raised on a low foot ring .

Minor historic wear and ‘fritting’ to the glaze of the rim , minor chip to underside of rim , minor firing cracks commensurate with age ,use and purpose.

Smart pair of decorative mid C18th Chinese chargers from the Qianlong dynasty period with beautifully painted subtle designs to complement a period English countryhouse-style decorative scheme.
