Description

An extremely rare blue and white transfer printed large foot-bath.

This large blue and white foot-bath has a rare "Parrot" border around both the top outside and inside and the outside of the base. The scene surrounding the external of the foot-bath is based on a print "The Taj Mahal, Tomb of the Emperor Shah Jehan and his Queen".

This large foot-bath was manufactured circa 1825, in wonderful condition with the odd mark due to wear and tear over the last 200 years.

A wonderful piece for use in an interior design, perhaps set with flowers.
