Hobson May Collection has dated this piece to the 1930s.
There is a minute short hairline to one of the cups, this is extremely hard to detect, in fact almost invisible. The rest of the set is in pristine condition.
The shapes of the pieces are very much in the Art Deco style, as is the colour pallet and crispness of the painted decoration.
