This beautiful ANTIQUE WEDGWOOD DRABWARE CHRISTENING MUG, with Duck Egg Blue interior and fine gilt decoration, is dated 1842.

It commemorates the birth of HARRIET SUTTON - BORN MAY 4th 1842.

The MUG bears the impressed Wedgwood Mark to the base.

Condition: There is no restoration. There is a star crack to the base. There is some grazing to the gilding, mainly to the back of the top rim in front of the handle and to the edges of the top of the handle.
