Description

A matching pair of early 20th Century German Schierholz & Sohn (Plaue) porcelain figural centrepieces. Each having a shell top with floral and fruit accents supported by winged cherubs with painted features. Each raised upon pierced scrolled bases with further floral and fruit detailing. Each makers mark to the base. Wear commensurate with age mostly to the gilt paint with one having a sign of an early repair where the head meets the the shell.
