For sale, this rare magnificent Chinese famille rose Teapot stand, dating very early Qianlong period, formerly in the Godden reference collection. The quality of the painting is almost from the earlier Yongzheng period showing figures in an interior, the walls of the dish picked out in gilt scrolls. This is a very fine known example from a well respected authors reference collection. Size 13.3cm wide and 2cm deep. The piece is undamaged and free lines. Hardly any wear. A firing fracture to the reverse of the stand only not going through to the front of the dish. Just a fabulous piece. Price £595.00 inclusive of shipping to within the UK
