Description

This good ENGLISH GEORGIAN BLUE & WHITE TRANSFER PRINTED SERVING PLATTER, with 'well and tree' moulding which works as a drainer, dates from circa 1820.

It is decorated with the 'Castle' Pattern which was used by SPODE and some smaller Factories.

The transfer is sharp, the colours are strong and the glaze is highly translucent.

The condition is good. There are no cracks, chips or restoration.
