A seated model of a cat, creamware body with under glazed sponge decoration. English c1790. This is a lovely example of early creamware pottery in all respects. Condition professional reattachment and restoration of a corner of the base.Please see image of the corner before it was restored, now undetectable with the naked eye. Cat body perfect.
