A pearlware cow creamer is an English ceramic milk jug modelled in the shape of a standing cow, produced predominantly from the late 18th to early 19th century. Milk or cream is poured in through an opening on the back and served out through the mouth.

These pieces were press-moulded or hand-modelled from earthenware clay and finished with a cobalt-tinted lead glaze known as pearlware. Decoration was typically applied by hand using underglaze enamels, oxides, or sponge-stippled patterns.
