William Morris Antiques has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
Designs were taken from contemporary engravings by the likes of Georg Dionysius Ehret.
Later in the 19th century such wares were copied by continental porcelain factories such as Samson et Cie of Paris.
I believe the plates to be of continental manufacture.
Condition: one plate has sign s of a hairline crack and there is some scratching to the enamel decoration.
