This richly-coloured ART NOUVEAU MAJOLICA JARDINIERE & STAND, decorated with stylised WATERLILIES, dates from circa 1890.

It would make a very dramatic statement in a room or hallway, especially if filled with a large houseplant or flowers.

It is in good condition. One of the panels of the base has been professionally restored and is very difficult to find.
