A superb pair of terracotta figures of musicians, wrapped up in Winter clothing. The pair are typical of those produced in Austria at the end of the nineteenth century and the beginning of the twentieth, by factories like Goldschneider. The pair are in good condition, just the odd little touch in here and there. The original artwork and the modelling is superb. The pair are both marked but I have been unable to identify the factory. A really wonderful pair of decorative figures of a type I can find no others of. C.1900
