Description

An exceptional Royal Worcester reticulated jar and cover by George Owen. Rare shape, finely reticulated all round with graduated hexagonal and geometric piercings.

Extensively gilded with both raised paste and flat gilding, all highlighted with gilded "seed pearl" beading. Height app. 6" (15cm)

In superb original condition, no damages or restoration, Factory marks in gold with date codes for c1913. Clear incised signature to base "G Owen"
