This is a German hard paste porcelain model of a parrot in the manner of Meissen. It dates from the late 19th to early 20th Century. The parrot is standing on a branch with two cherries under one claw.
The inside of the base has an impressed mark either 6688 or 8899 depending on which way round you hold it, but has no other markings.
There is a repair to a chip on the very tip of one of the wings, and there appears to be some gilding on one of the eyes.
All items come with free shipping throughout the UK. They will be sent using a recorded or signed for service such as Royal Mail's Special Delivery.
