This FINE PAIR OF PATE-SUR-PATE CHARGERS, one of which is signed SCHENK to the bottom edge, were made by GEORGE JONES of STOKE-ON-TRENT around 1880. They are both marked to the back.

The delicate and refined pate-sur-pate decoration, against the dark, olive green ground, is beautiful.

The CHARGERS are in good condition with no cracks, chips or restoration.
