Early 19th Century Masons Ironstone China Dessert Service

This vibrant early 19th century hand painted Masons Ironstone dessert service consists of a matching set of ten plates and a most unusual comport. This is raised on an oval base with twin supports. The plates and comport are beautifully hand-painted with a rich floral design in a rich palette of red and blue and highlighted in gold.

This service is in good condition for its age, Circa 1820 with some age related wear to the decoration. There are no cracks or repairs.

The plates measure: 3cm high x 22cm deep x 22cm wide

The comport measures: 19cm high x 19cm deep x 35cm wide.
