Stunning Simpsons Belle Fiore vintage vegetable dish with lid
Hand painted in the Belle Fiore pattern with bold burgundy, blue & yellow flowers with blue edging to the rim.
By Simpson’s (Potteries) Ltd, Cobridge, this pattern was first produced in the 1940s and continued to the 1970s
This Chanticleer Ware bowl has handles and the lid has a wonderful pear handle
It measures 26cm (10 1/2'') x 23cm (9”) wide and is 11 cm (4 1/2'') high including pear handle.
This vegetable dish is in excellent condition. It weighs 890 grams
The base has the Belle Fiore Simpsons Chanticleer Ware back stamp and it is marked Belle Fiore Chanticleer Ware Simpsons potteries Cobridge England
This dish is perfect for Sunday dinner vegetables!
