Description

A good size pair of 19th. century Meiji period Japanese Imari scalloped and fluted chargers. The hand painted panels of exotic birds amongst trees and foliage. The whole decorated with the typical Imari pallete of cobalt blue, ironstone red, green enamel and gilded highlights. In perfect condition with no cracks, chips or repairs. Dimensions:- Diameter 18’'/ 45.75 cm. Depth...2.5''/ 6.3cm. Delivery to most of U.K. mainland £24.
