A fine Royal Worcester painted fruit tea set for 6, gadroon (rope) edge with gilded interiors. A fully Factory marked set decorated by various artists and in superb as new condition. No damages or restoration, the gilding original and just like new.
Dating from c1960, the tea pot and lid along with the sugar bowl by John Smith, the cream jug by Freeman.
The full size tea cups and saucers decorated by Smith, Creed, Lewis, Bowen and Higgins.
Not many opportunities today to buy a set like this.
