This splendid antique comport set is impressive both for its beautiful design and its prestigious maker, Royal Crown Derby Porcelain, which was appointed the official royal porcelain manufacturer to Queen Victoria of England in 1890.

This delightful and rare set of late 19th Century Royal Crown Derby comprises:

• 2 Tazze Dishes

• 1 Leaf Serving Dish

• 12 Dessert Plates

Each item of this magnificent set has been hand painted with a wide Royal blue border with gilt accents and pink roses to the centre. This beautiful comport set is an excellent example of high quality English Victorian design, with its naturalistic depictions and close attention to detail.

Each base is marked: “Royal Crown Derby, England 7503”.

The diameter of each plate is approximately 23 cm, while the height of the plates is about 3 cm.

This Comport set is in excellent condition.
