A very good Royal Worcester painted fruit tea set in perfect original condition.
The gilding to all pieces good.
The tea set items all signed Roberts, the tray signed Townsend.
All pieces fully Factory marked, no damages or restoration.
The tea set dating from the early 1950''s period, the tray c1940.
This is the correct shape tray for a miniature set, difficult to find these days.
The tray app. 9'' (23cm) across
Listed separately we have 2 miniature tea plates which were optional with this set new,
these sit below the saucers.
